They have been in storage for over 20 years and the ravages of time may have caused some damage to some items. This was beyond the family’s control.
The Spiller Family take no responsibility for and cannot be held accountable for the contents of the photos, or any problems of any kind arising from these photos being shown on this website. This website is intended to help unite people with photos, and not to cause problems between people because of the photos.
The photos will be sent to the first claimant who sends in a form requesting them and has a reasonable reason for doing so. The Spiller Family cannot be held accountable if someone with a stronger claim comes too late. We may be able to put you in touch with the first claimant, from whom you might be able to request copies at your own expense, but this is up to you, not the Spiller Family, to organise. We can only do this where we have the permission of the first claimant to divulge their contact information.
The Claimant agrees to not use the photos they receive for any illegal purposes, which includes altering them or manipulating them in order to use them for illegal purposes. You may not use any of these photos to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use the photos for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
